I had heard loads about these Balmi's for ages, so when I finally saw them in my local Boots store I had to pick one up! I have been wanting to try an EOS lipbalm for ages, but because they are so hard to get hold of and if you do find one online they can be quite expensive so I never got one.
I love the idea of having an 'egg shaped' lipbalm, I think it is a really cool concept, and Balmi definitely saw an opening in the UK market for a product like this, although I have a feeling they are going to sell these as cubes? Because when I looked on their website they were all cubed shaped with the lip balm in a pyramid shape.
They do these in 5 flavours: Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry, Mint & Coconut.
I have mine in Raspberry and it is amazing! These smell gorgeous and this one tastes so natural and not like the typical 'fake' raspberry taste. It is super moisturising and although the feel of the product wears off after about 1/2 an hour you can still feel the moisture and effect of this lip balm for a good couple of hours, which I think is great because a lot of lipbalms I've tried don't leave a lasting effect!
I am definitely going to be trying some of the other flavours when this runs out!
These are £4.99 and you get 10.5g of product, which although it sounds expensive at first is a good price for how much product you're getting. They had a phone chain/key chain thing on them and I haven't used this yet because I don't have a space of it on my phone and I only have one key, but it seems like a practical idea.
Have you tried these?

Hey, these looks so alike the eos ones! Unfortunately this brand is not available where I like.. but from the sound of it, sure looks good :D
ReplyDeletep.s. I've been using my eos one for close to a year and there's still tons left, so I'm sure this balmi one will last forever too! Just dont forget to give it a little alcohol wipe once in a while to keep bacteria at bay ;)
