I have been wanting to try one of the blushers/bronzers from Accessorize for the longest time and for only £5 I don't know why I haven't picked one up before, but a couple of weeks ago I picked one of these up from Superdrug and I am very glad I did!
I love blushers than double up to be like highlighters, don't get me wrong I love matte blushers too but I think shimmery ones have got to be my favourite because I love the glowy and healthy look they add to your complexion.
Although I have never tried the MSF's from MAC, these look very similar, they are domed and they have veining of another colour running through them. Scandal is a pinky/red toned blush with gold veined through it and when mixed together they form a deepish pink with a golden shine which is absolutely gorgeous. I naturally flush a dark pink/red colour so this looks very natural on me. This blush is also very pigmented, although not as much as the Sleek blushers it is still very pigmented. You only need a little bit, and because it is baked it will last forever!
I apply this with my Real Techniques Blusher Brush and it blends so nicely, it is also not too glittery because I am definitely weary of blushers that are too shimmery, but this just gives a beautiful glow and means you don't have to wear a highlighter either. This also has good longevity, not as good as others I have tried but it is still there at the end of the day, just a little less vivid than at the start, but I do have oily skin so this tends to be the case for me with most blushers, especially if they're not matte and therefore don't absorb much oil.
Overall I would definitely recommend these, and usually Accessorize has 1/2 price of these in their stores and Superdrug which would be a perfect time to pick some of these up, I know I'll definitely be stocking up!
